There are many reasons why this can happen:

1. Out of target: This means that your profile doesn’t match the profile required for that specific survey. So for example we are looking for people who are users of product Z and you are not then it will not allow you to finish the survey. In Arab Eye we try to pre target as much as possible so that we don’t waist our members’ time but there are certain criteria that the companies running the research look for that we have not asked our members about and therefore at times you might receive invitations for surveys and after a couple of question you are stopped. With more surveys that we run the better we can start targeting the right users for the right surveys. Also keep in mind that not matching the profile in one survey does not mean that your profile is not needed. It only means that the product or service that we are doing research for is not something that you will use and there are other surveys that will be looking for your profile.


2. Quota full: This means that the number of people needed matching your profile has been reached. For example if we need 200 males and 200 females for a survey and we have already reached 200 males then you will not be able to continue the survey. To not face this issue it is better to respond to the survey invites as soon as possible.


3. Survey closed: The surveys that Arab Eye run are time limited and they can only be run for a period of time. If the survey deadline has been reached then you will not be able to start the survey. To tackle this issue it is always better to respond the earliest possible to the invites.
